Orphan Johnny appears to be stranded on an island in the Haunted Lake. I don't want to get wet, and since water is an orphan's natural enemy, I'll have to find a way to drain this lake to collect him.
1. Head to the Dam of the Damned and repair the Gears so the Lake drains when you pull the Leaver.
2. The Wooden Rimmed Wheel you find outside the Dam is waht you need, but you'll have to get rid of the wooden rim somehow
3. Drop the Wooden Rimmed Wheel on the ground by the Termites east of the Dam, and let them eat the wooden rim.
