Nozzleford is an accessories vendor who runs the general store in the town of Pluckmuckel. He also sells a few health potions, and some quest-related items, like the lollipop, cell phone, and pony required to appease Annie the Orphan. You can find him at Nozzleford's General Store.
Nozzleford is blind, but doesn't like to talk about how he was blinded. Freen Hamplestammer, a travelling felt salesman, claims that Nozzleford is his older brother, and that his blindness came from a tragic "felt-brining" accident, after which Nozzleford left the family business of making and selling felt. If DeathSpank mentions Freen to Nozzleford, the latter will angrily insist on dropping the subject, and imply that Freen deliberately blinded him in order to steal the family felt business from him.
